~ YOUTH LEAGUE INFORMATION ~
Club Colours –
· Red or Black
· To be worn at all competitive fixtures
· Failure of players to wear correct club colours may result in Club being fined by Youth League
Leagues -
· Starting dates for leagues are approximately the beginning of April
· Full fixture lists will be provided once finalised by the Roscommon Youth League
· All U14 fixtures will be on Monday nights with Bank Holidays exempt
· All U12 fixtures will be on Tuesday nights – break Mid July for 2-3 Weeks
· All U16 fixtures will be on Thursday nights – break mid-season for exams
Training –
· Training times will be 6pm – 7pm on respective evenings as set out by Managers
· Training will be conducted in Astro-Turf Facility and not on pitch unless training match organized
· Players will pay €1 each training session and will be given training bib for duration of training.
· Shin-guards are to be worn by all players during all training sessions in the interest of safety.
· All players will be obliged to turn up for training or to contact Manager if not available.
Matches –
· All players will be requested to be at the venue for home match a minimum of 30 minutes beforehand.
· All players must have togs & socks in club colours plus shin-guards.
·
· Players will be requested to pay €2 at all matches to cover Referee’s fees which are approximately €20 to €30 per team depending on referee.
· Additionally we would like to minimise travel expenses in regards to bus hire etc and would urge parents to consider bringing players to the matches – approximately 2 to 3 hours of an evening depending on location of match.
